    $100.00 Down Payment to secure roster spot

    Football program includes:

    • Three months of professional coaching and position instruction.
    • Guaranteed playing time (40 player roster)
    • Two (2) Midwest Prep t-shirts
    • Two (2) pairs of Midwest Prep shorts
    • One (1) travel hoodie
    • One (1) Pair of travel joggers
    • One (1) game uniform
    • One (1) practice uniform
    • 10 week Academic course consisting of GPA recovery courses and ACT prep.
    • A three month Edge Fitness of Orland Hills membership
    • Transportation to and from games
    • Post Game meal
